Amelior ORTracker automatic tracking is designed to provide real-time communication of patient and medical equipment location and the care progression of each patient with the minimum of manual data entry. Using infrared/UWB/RFID badges for patients and equipment, the real-time location is constantly tracked, time-stamped and communicated on electronic tracking spreadsheets and facility-specific maps to organize patient flow. Integrated alerts identify roadblocks to care progression, (i.e. missing H&P), patient safety risks (i.e. latex allergy, isolation patient), and changes in available resources (i.e. bed turnover).
