Amelior EDTracker's reporting module, Amelior EDLog, is the premier electronic log and report generator for the emergency department on the market today. It comes bundled with Amelior EDTracker or as a stand-along product. Using Amelior EDLog you can report on the times you feel are most important. When was the patient signed-in, triaged, registered, assigned a bed, discharged? How long did it take the doctor to get to the patient? How long did it take to get orders completed?
You can also identify which family doctors are sending you patients, what type of patients they are sending you, where your patients are coming from by zip code and which carriers are bringing them, what diagnoses you are seeing, which doctors are asking for which tests, and who is being transferred and why.
With the over 130 standard reports and graphs that we provide, the questions you can answer are seemingly endless. You can get a detailed look at what is happening in your ED and instantly identify where your bottlenecks are, what types of patients you are seeing, and what is and isn't working in your ED.
You can also profile individual caregivers and see information such as how long visits are by doctor and which tests are requested by complaint.
Following is a list of some of the standard reports. (Those underlined have a sample report you can view by clicking on the text.) All can be exported to standard formats such as Excel, Access, or tab-delimited. Also, please keep in mind that this is not all of the information you can get out of the system. Customized reports and ad hoc queries can be developed that allow you to specify exactly what type of information you need to see and how it should be presented.
